The following terms & conditions shall govern the agreement between Thermowarm, ‘The Company’ and the individual or company, The Buyer’ purchasing goods from Thermowarm.co.uk.

1. Orders & Delivery.

All orders are subject to stock availability, and are usually despatched within 2-3 days of receipt and payment of order. Any delivery times quoted by The Company are a guide to anticipated delivery only and are reliant on the delivery method. However, delivery is usually made within 5-6 days. Should any item be temporarily out of stock, The Buyer shall be notified by email and an alternative estimated delivery date shall be arranged.

2. Returned or Damaged Goods.

Occasionally goods may be damaged in transit. Should this occur with your goods, please advise The Company immediately, (within 24 hours), when replacements will be shipped as soon as practical. The Buyer must keep all relevant documentation to enable a claim to be made against the carriers insurance company. Should any parcel be delivered in a damaged state, a note should be made on the delivery paperwork before the package is opened.

2a.Any returns must be returned to the company within 14 days of receipt, along with the reason for the return and weather an exchange or refund is required. Certificate of posting may be required. Goods returned for a refund are subject to refusal or a deduction of up to 20% if not returned in a resalable condition. Furthermore, reimbursement of any product will only be made if returned in the original condition, including the packaging. The Buyer will be responsible for delivery costs of returned goods.

3. Payment & Title Retention.

All goods must be paid for before they are despatched. In the event that orders are despatched before the receipt of cleared funds, title of goods shall remain in the name of The Company.

4. Prices.

All quoted prices are in GB pounds sterling and are subject to the current VAT rate in force. Any error in the pricing of goods shall not entitle The Buyer to purchase at the mistaken price. The Buyer shall be notified of the error and any order may subsequently be cancelled without penalty.

5. Privacy Policy.

The Company does not disclose The Buyers information to third parties. Any information given at the time of ordering is collected by The Company for the sole intention of completing your order. We may collect information to enable us to inform you from time to time by email, of any new products and services available from The Company. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

6. Law.

Any and all disputes arising between The Company and The Buyer shall be subject to settlement under English Law.

7. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions.

The above terms & conditions govern our agreement and are subject to change form time to time and you should read them carefully. Purchasing goods from The company acknowledges that you have read and accepted these terms & conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected under The Sale of Goods Act.
